BUGATTI MAKES ITS U.S. BRANDED RESIDENCES DEBUT WITH $650 MILLION BUGATTI RESIDENCES MIAMI ON THE BRICKELL WATERFRONT
As posted on Brandon Haw Architecture's socials: Legendary French hypercar marque Bugatti is making its U.S. branded residences debut in Miami with the unveiling of Bugatti Residences Miami, a $650 million luxury residential development planned for one of Brickell’s last waterfront parcels.
Developed by Prosper Group, led by Jay Roberts, in partnership with Belgium’s Versluys Groep, led by Bart Versluys, the 60-story tower will rise at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road along the Miami River, bringing Bugatti’s century-old philosophy of craftsmanship, performance and exclusivity to Miami’s rapidly evolving luxury residential market.
Bugatti Residences Miami will feature 183 residences, including four signature penthouses, with more than 300’ of Miami River frontage and direct access to Biscayne Bay.
BRANDON HAW ARCHITECTURE is leading the architectural vision, incorporating elements of Bugatti’s design DNA including the marque’s iconic C-line, while Yabu Pushelberg will design the interiors. Bugatti has also selected Rhodium as residential operating partner, bringing a hospitality-driven ownership experience centered around white-glove butler service.
Sales are slated to launch in the first half of 2027.
“Miami’s bold architecture, creative spirit and global appeal makes it a compelling setting for our next Bugatti Residences project. Our vision is to consider every aspect, from exquisite design to seamless service and operations, creating a branded residential experience unlike any other.”
