We are thrilled to present you our collaboration with UNStudio, part of the Heerim Consortium (alongside Heerim Architects and Planners and NOW Architects), the winner of the Apgujeong No.3 District Reconstruction Competition. Together, we have created a series of images for the redevelopment of this iconic residential area.
Our renderings showcase the unique features of this project, such as:
17 main towers, including five supertall towers exceeding 300m in height, that offer unparalleled views of the river and the city.
Dual-oriented apartments that ensure a healthy indoor environment, natural light, and privacy for the residents.
A rhythmic interplay of open and closed facade areas that create a distinctive visual articulation and a modular system that offers varied perspectives of the building depending on the viewpoint.
A blend of traditional and contemporary elements that reflect the rich history and culture of Apgujeong and Seoul.
